First time at Yarrow Studio? Not to worry! We’ve outlined our studio policy and frequently asked questions below. Please reach us at 403-763-1394 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We ask that all clients sign in on Ipad when arriving at Citizen. Simply click on Yarrow Studio, and type in your name. This will alert us that you have arrived. If the Ipad is dead or the building is locked please text or call me at 403-763-1394. I will come retrieve you when finished with my previous client.
We understand that it can be difficult to know what to book when scheduling online. If this is your first appointment, please book an initial haircut, which will give us enough time for a 20-minute consultation and your full haircut service. You can also book a consultation to meet us and make a plan for your first appointment. We prefer to do a haircut and consultation before color services, as squeezing in an initial consult, color, and cut can be a lot for one day. However, if you are coming from out of town or prefer to do it all in one sitting, please book at least a 3-hour appointment. Please note that we do not offer consultations through text or phone call.
There is free underground parking in the brewery district west parking lot. You can take the elevator in the parkade all the way up to level 2 to Citizen Salon Suites. We are located in suite #30.
Your time is valuable and so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Please be advised that cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment via text or phone call will be charged the full cost of your appointment. This includes any cancelations due to sickness, child sickness or any other emergencies. We understand that this can be difficult, however this ensures that our staff gets paid.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service, and you will be charged for the remaining time.
