Please be patient with us throughout this transition we have just moved. Yarrow Studio now has salon suites! So when arriving you may have to use the butterfly mx entry way system if the door is locked. Please go to the directory, find your service providers name or business call this number and we will buzz you in! We may be implementing a virtual receptionist, if you see a tablet at the front please sign in when you arrive by clicking on your service provider or business, this will text them to let me know you have arrived. Please take a seat at the front and wait for them to come get you. 

We understand that it can be difficult to know what to book when scheduling online. If this is your first appointment, please book an initial haircut, which will give us enough time for a 20-minute consultation and your full haircut service. You can also book a consultation to meet us and make a plan for your first appointment. We prefer to do a haircut and consultation before color services, as squeezing in an initial consult, color, and cut can be a lot for one day. However, if you are coming from out of town or prefer to do it all in one sitting, please book at least a 3-hour appointment. Please note that we do not offer consultations through text or phone call.

We have moved! But only a block away. Feel free to park in the brewery district parking lot there is an underground and above ground parking. Alternatively you can park for free around Glenora Gates.  

Your time is valuable and so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Please be advised that cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment via text or phone call will be charged the full cost of your appointment. This includes any cancelations due to sickness, child sickness or any other emergencies. We understand that this can be difficult, however this ensures that our staff gets paid.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service, and you will be charged for the remaining time.
